Travel Grant (for interstate or New Zealand Patient Only)
HAE Australasia will be providing a limited number of travel grants to interstate & New Zealand patients/carers that attend the conference.  Interstate patients/carers (excluding WA) will each receive AUD$150, and those traveling from New Zealand or Western Australia will each receive AUD$250.  If you are an interstate or New Zealand patient/carer, complete the following (travel grants are provided on a first in, first serve basis).  If you have any queries about the travel grants please contact louise@haeaustralasia.org.au
