DESCRIPTION:Dear Patients & Carers \nHAE Australasia Ltd is pleased to release more information and a link to the RSVP online form for the 2019 Patient & Carers Conference. \nThe conference will be held during the school holidays over 2 days on Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th of April\, 2019 and will be held at the Mantra on View on the Gold Coast\, Queensland. \nThis event will be a family affair – bring the kids for the youngster’s sessions (ages 5 to 18) where they can learn about all things HAE and meet other youngsters also living with HAE. \nWe are excited to have well known international and local speakers\, and sessions with useful tips and tricks\, as well as a social poolside BBQ\, and fun activities for the whole family. \nWe are pleased to be able to once again offer travel grants* to those travelling a distance from the Gold Coast (minimum $100 per person with exact amount to be confirmed once all RSVPs have been received) *Conditions apply. \nA limited number of standard accommodation rooms are being held at the Mantra on View at a special rate of $145 per night on a first come first served basis.  You will need to select the ‘Mantra on View’ option through the link below when completing your RSVP.  We will contact you with a confirmation\, room specifics and a hotel accommodation booking form in due course\, or if you prefer to stay elsewhere there are plenty of good options around the area. \nClick here to RSVP via the online booking form  \nThis event is open for HAE Australasia members in Australia and New Zealand only.
